Loved the process of getting a dumpster from Better Bins Disposal! I called and spoke with Maggie. In under 5 min, I had the dumpster ordered for next day and one that was short enough that I could easily toss things in.Driver put dumpster exactly where requested without tearing up the yard. Appreciated the text and email reminder of pickup in case I wanted to extend.Amazing experience (How often can you say that about a dumpster rental?) from start to finish and will 100% use them again. Highly recommend.

Very easy to book and get set up. Amazing communication and customer service. Delivery and pickup both on time. I felt the price was very reasonable. When my dumpster was picked up, the gentleman called me and offered to put additional items in the dumpster for me that I had put on the curb for our bulk service. Although I declined, I thought that was pretty considerate. Would definitely recommend this service.

Such an easy process to order. Delivery and pick were as expected and they let u know when they will be there and timing is on point. This is my second time getting a dumpster from them. 20 yard the first time and 10 yard this time. I'll be ordering one more time . Great service and would recommend them to anyone .

The dumpster was delivered significantly faster than I expected. Driver called me to ensure the dumpster was placed where I wanted it. My notes on placement were not clear. I have 2 garages and didn't think about it. Clear communication. Recieved a text when driver was on the way to pickup. Wood blocks were placed under dumpster to protect driveway. A+++++

Better Bins was great in helping me get a dumpster when I began cleaning out my parents house in Myrtle Beach! The people in the office went above and beyond in helping me determine what to get. The driver called when he was on the way and because I couldn't be there, he opened the door and secured it for me. I'm so thankful for their great communication and service. I will call them again!

The dumpster we rented was perfect for our needs and Terry delivered it and picked it up right on time! Extra points for him, because not only is he very nice, he backed up our driveway perfectly (it’s deceiving, and we’ve had way too many trucks ruin the grass!). Will definitely use Better Bins in the future when the need arises.

Better Bins was by far the best service we have received on construction dumpster rentals. Their daily rate is affordable for adding additional days and their overall cost is very reasonable. I called several other area dumpster rental services and they had all these extra fees and it just made things more complicated than necessary. Seamless and easy process.
